He is now a King James bible believer. Every single word of it.
Hopefully, he is with the Lord, after making him his Saviour. Hopefully he asked Jesus to wash him clean through the blood of the Lamb, cleansing him of all his sins. Hopefully, he humbled himself before God and called on the name of the Lord. Hopefully he turned back to God and asked him for forgiveness. Hopefully he had time to think on the word of God and see it for what it really is: the only way up.
Hopefully.
Jesus Christ is God. Not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
I wonder how many times John got witnesses to during his long and successful earthly life. Knowing God, through his word, I know it would have been many, many times...
How many times have you been directed to the cross?
So the scenario is this: You heard the Gospel, heard all about Jesus, who he is and what he has done for you, personally for you. Then you rejected it. Rejected him.
You preferred to live your life in sin, refused his offer to pay for your sins, refused to repent, to turn back to God. Maybe you decided to pay for your sins yourself through religious sacraments or self-righteous works (good deeds), or maybe just trying to be a good person? Foolishly believing that these were in some way a substitute for Jesus suffering for six hours nailed to a cross, back ripped open, beaten to a pulp, naked, spat on, mocked?
Anyway, you didn't want him to bail you out. So God says, fair enough, since you mocked my Son, refused his free offer that cost God everything he had to save your neck, I tell you what; you can have what you want, a world without God. And just to make sure, I'm going to send such a strong delusion your way, that you will continue to run with the pack and fall hook-line-and-sinker for what is coming. Satan.
After all, that is what you wanted, wasn't it?
Jesus Christ is God. Everything in the bible scriptures has come true. Everything. What is coming next will follow suit... guaranteed.
Did you get saved or are you going to be damned to an eternity in hell fire?
