Jesus Christ is God. You will meet Him one day, guaranteed certainty. Whether you believe this or not is irrelevant. You will meet Him. Question is: how will you meet Him. As your Judge or your Saviour?
If you rejected Him as Saviour, then you won't be able to talk Him round, argue your case, convince Him to let you off or explain your sins away as nothing. If you meet Him as your Judge, it's because you rejected Him as your personal Saviour.
How stupid was that?
